Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable. Instead, we make it right with revisions and fixes.
01No refunds
Because time is reserved and work begins as soon as a project starts, payments made to BlackMinted are non-refundable, including the upfront deposit.
02Free revisions
Every deliverable includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope, so the result matches what was agreed in the proposal.
03Bug fixes
Defects in delivered work are fixed free of charge for 14 days after launch.
04Late delivery
If we are late through our own fault, 10% comes off the total fee for each full week of delay, up to 30%. This is applied as a discount on the final invoice, not a refund.
05Retainers
Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current paid month. Unused hours do not roll over and are not refunded.
