We do not build software for, on behalf of, or in support of businesses that engage in, earn revenue from, or facilitate any of the following.

Alcoholic beverages

Tobacco, vaping, hookah & nicotine products

Gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries & paid fantasy sports

Adult entertainment, escort or sexually oriented dating services

Recreational cannabis & cannabis products

Recreational drugs, controlled substances & paraphernalia

Pork & pork-derived products

Interest-based lending as a primary revenue model

High-leverage forex, binary options & crypto speculation

Multi-level marketing & pyramid schemes

Paid fortune telling, astrology & psychic readings

Defamation, doxxing & paid harassment

Bribery & kickback arrangements

Weapons trafficking & unlicensed ammunition sales

02What we don’t build

Desktop applications.

03Always prohibited

Any unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent or harassing use of software we build, including spam, caller-ID spoofing or scraping in breach of a platform’s terms.

04If a project breaches this policy

We may decline or end the project. Work completed up to that point remains payable under our Terms of Service.
