Contact form data: your name, email address, project description and timeline, exactly as you submit them.
Analytics: anonymised usage data such as pages visited, referring site, device type and approximate country. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.
02How we use it
Contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. Analytics help us improve the website.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
03Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted processors to host the website, deliver email and provide analytics. They may only process data on our instructions.
04How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
05Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
